The application of machine learning methods in predicting individual tax morale
What is individual tax morale? How do we measure it? The purpose of the lecture is to familiarise students with the concept of individual tax morale and the possibilities of measuring it.
The lecture includes the application of six machine learning methods (ML) to predict individual tax morale across Europe using European Values Survey data (2017–2020). The research advances ML use in social sciences and supports better tax policy decisions in Europe.
