Workplace psychological safety in practice
How is psychological safety related to the workplace’s atmosphere, the motivation level of coworkers and the performance of the team? What is the role of the manager, the leader, and the staff in the development of psychological safety? In this workshop, we explore your workplace’s profile of psychological safety. We get to know and work with work-psychology tools that can be used to enhance psychological safety.
Workplaces with psychological safety, employees…
…feel that they are valued members of the team,
…feel accepted to express problems and difficulties at work,
…feel it is okay to ask for help and feedback,
…feel that everyone at work is acting with good intentions,
…dare to admit any mistakes they may have made,
…perceive there is no risk of the question being perceived as a personal attack or counterproductive behavior when asked a difficult question by a manager.
The workshop is for colleagues currently in a management/leadership role or colleagues preparing for one.
